Is Zycon the Hobba is underage? Apparently he's an " experiment " of Glitterkat's. But on the Hobba page it says you have to be 18 to be a Hobba - why is there an exception for this Habbo ?
It is said he will be Hobba for thirty days and then he will not have his badge.
